All purchases are final. Items are sold “as is” and may not be exchanged or refunded. Values listed are donor-estimated and are not guaranteed.
Payment & Checkout
Payment in full is required at checkout. We accept credit cards and checks (unless otherwise noted). All items must be claimed the evening of the event or arrangements must be made for pickup by the stated deadline.
Item Redemption
Gift certificates, services, and experiences must be redeemed by the expiration date indicated. Reservations are subject to availability and may include blackout dates or other restrictions. It is the responsibility of the winning bidder to contact the donor to arrange redemption unless otherwise specified.
Tax Information
Only the portion of a winning bid that exceeds the item’s fair market value may be tax-deductible. A receipt will be provided for your records.
